Arrow & Birch was founded in 2021 by a husband and wife team who packed up, left California behind, and headed to Wyoming with one goal in mind…
build something of our own.

No big investors. No perfect roadmap. Just a shared vision, a lot of determination, and a willingness to figure things out along the way.

Where It All Started

Like many good stories, ours started with a house…
Not a glamorous one either.

Think:

• outdated

• beat up

• overlooked

• definitely not “move-in ready”

(You know the type.)

We saw potential where others saw problems, rolled up our sleeves, and got to work. That first “ugly” house turned into the foundation for everything that followed.

From there, we continued buying, improving, and holding properties. Building skills and assets rooted in long-term value, not quick wins.

Two Backgrounds, One Vision

What made it work from the start was the combination of our backgrounds:

  Hands-on experience in building, fixing, and bringing properties back to life

• Birch → New beginnings. Growth. Starting fresh.

Put together, it represents the mindset we’ve had from day one: “Keep moving forward, and don’t be afraid to start something new.”
